I've lived & breathed sport since I was knee-high to a grasshopper! I love how it makes you feel & how satisfying the rewards are for all the hard work you put in. You have to earn it. I also love the quiet confidence it gives you too. Growing up, I was really shy & sport helped me find my strength & I loved that.

I love helping people, so it's no real surprise that I wanted to pass that feeling on to others & to help them find the strength in themselves that perhaps they never knew they had. I see it as my mission to uncover the swimmer in everyone who comes to me. It is the most rewarding & touching moment to watch all of my athletes - whatever their level experience that 'ah ha, I've got it' moment.
